I don't usually write reviews, but wow... I just had the most amazing dental experience at MD Periodonitcs. By all means, I typically hate going to the dentist... however, I can't wait to go back after my last experience. Back story, I had some serious dental pain creep up the last few days, was referred to Dr. Moshrefi by one of the best ENT doctors in Los Angeles, and subsequently called his office. Dr. Moshrefi's staff got me scheduled within two hours of calling. Their location is great, their staff is wonderful, and Dr. Moshrefi had my problem diagnosed, treated, and released in two hours from start to finish. ALL OF MY PAIN is gone, 24 hours later... and there was a lot of it. THANK YOU MD PERIODONTICS for taking such incredible care of me. Feel like a new man!

My general dentist of 15 years referred me to MD Periodontics in Beverly Hills to address my gum recession issues, as she said they were the best. I was terrified of the procedure and waited 2 years to make an initial consultation appointment. Lori put my fears to rest from the very first call I made, and everything after was amazing. I had 2 separate gum grafting surgeries on multiple teeth. Dr. Moshrefi is a true artist and expert in his field, and a consummate professional. The entire team is warm and friendly, and their gorgeous spa-like office is relaxing and puts any nerves or anxieties you may have at ease. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to go, knowing now how positive the experience was. I highly recommend!

Recently I had some bad luck with my dentist of 25 years and needed a second opinion on some urgent dental work. I reached out to MD Periodontics and they could not have been more informative, resourceful and thoughtful. This convinced me to put the state of my mouth in their hands. That proved to be one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Not only were they able to assess my situation within minutes but scheduled me for a much needed surgery within 48 hours. I cannot recommend Dr. Moshrefi and his office enough! He did an amazing job repairing the damage from a botched gum recession surgery by a different periodontist. After that original experience, I was frankly traumatized and nervous to go in and have the damage repaired. But Dr. Moshrefi was patient and skillful. The surgery which took 3 hours at the other periodonist's office took just 1 hour 15 minutes at MD Periodontics. His staff was professional, efficient, and kind. He even followed up with me after the surgery via text and phone to ensure everything was ok.
I felt cared for and the grafts healed well, with very little pain. So grateful to Dr. Moshrefi and his team.

I gave MD Periodontics 5 stars for their excellence in costumer service and pristine office and staff. You’ll be assisted by Lori, an amazing manager whose character and humbleness brings peace to this very nerve wracking procedure a tooth implant may cause.
Up to now I haven’t experience pain or any uncomfortable feeling after each procedure. I’m getting a tooth implant and I can say each cent spend is a good investment with MD and their amazing team!

I just received the most amazing treatment at MD Periodontics. Dr. Moshrefi placed a single non metal implant to replace my missing lower molar. After completing all the diagnostic work up and administering the anesthetic, the actual placement of the implant took less than an hour. I had no pain and was able to totally relax which was unlike any other routine dental appointment I've ever had!
Fast forward 12 hours, i feel great and have not needed even a Tylenol. The fear and concerns I had about having this procedure done were totally unwarranted. I cannot express enough as to how greatful I am.
And kudos to his warm, welcoming and lovely staff!

I recently visited MD Periodontics for some dental work, cleaning and check-up, and I was thoroughly impressed. The entire experience was fantastic.
The office itself is incredibly clean and modern, equipped with the latest technology. The staff were all extremely professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
Most importantly, I was very satisfied with the treatment. The cleaning was gentle and thorough, and I didn't experience any discomfort at all.

I was highly recommended to Dr Abdy Moshreffi through a trusted friend and my experience has excelled my expectations.
From my first visit I was reassured with Dr Moshreffi’s competence and expertise. Right away the 3D mold was made and two weeks later I had two implants placed. I always am frightened in a dentist’s chair but from the front staff to the nurses I was comforted and relieved. Everything was explained to me. Dr Moshreffi took care of me so well with his communication and was precise and detail oriented with the surgery. All worked out beautifully. I highly recommend him and his office.

I had never been to a periodontist before and I must admit I was fearful and apprehensive about the prospect of undergoing gum grafting surgery based on the scary stories I’d heard over the years.

The staff is equally wonderful, especially Laurie, who is so helpful & knowledgeable in arranging financing. The office is lovely; clean, high tech look and the aromatherapy wafting through the premise really helps to create a soothing environment.

Best experience ever, super service and I am so excited to be finally getting a biocompatible ceramic implant. I have been waiting a couple of years for this and am so happy to be getting it from
MD Periodontics; Dr. Abdy Moshrefi took the time and care to explain the process to me and I am glad to have the most experienced ceramic implant dentist in the USA for this. My teeth are very important to me and I want the best. There are no dentists in Oklahoma, where I am from, who work with ceramic implants. I am so glad to find MD Periodontics. They share my values and views about oral health. I fully expect this replacement tooth to serve me well and last for the rest of my life. It is worth the extra money to prevent the ill effects that titanium implants can cause. I don't want corrosive metal like titanium in my body and these ceramic implants that MD Periodonticts use do not corrode or have any bad side effects.

Came in today for a gum graft. I was so nervous and anxious that I would feel immense pain and that the procedure would be very difficult to undergo. I was very wrong.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. The periodontist/doctor is super amazing (both in skill and personality). The entire gum graft procedure was not even 10% as bad as I thought it would be. Pain was very tolerable.
What's more, I went for a consultation at a different clinic which told me I should -- in addition to gum graft -- also do bone graft. MDPerio dismissed this need: no bone graft was needed!

I am 25 and have been tongue tied since birth which causes some speech impediment issues. After doing some research for Doctors that specialize in getting rid of being tongue tied I reached out to Dr. Moshrefi. He gave me a call within 30 minutes of receiving my contact form and we setup an appointment for the very next day.
The procedure was quick (10 minutes tops), painless, and highly successful. Dr. Moshrefi and his staff made me feel at home. Loved they experience so much I am going to switch my primary dentist to him.

MD Periodontics is the best experience I have ever had with dental care by far. I came to Dr Moshrefi after a failed gum graft procedure that left me with a lot of pain and in a worsened state. The staff was communicative, welcoming, and efficient, and the doctor was meticulous and extremely caring. The procedure could not have had better results, and Dr Moshrefi was so careful with his work that even on the day of surgery, I hardly experienced any discomfort. I 10/10 recommend going to MD Periodontics, specifically Dr Moshrefi, for any periodontal procedures you need done in the LA area.

Amazing! I saw Dr Moshrefi for a gum issue. He quickly and diagnosed the problem, came up with a treatment plan, and explained all my options to me. He was very clear and concise in his explanation. I needed a long procedure to fix my problem. He was able to get it done with little discomfort. He called to check on me after the procedure. While I was there, every patient that came to the office seemed just as happy with the services as I am today. My problem is 100% resolved. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. The office was super clean and professional. Highly highly recommend.

I am always treated as family. I look forward to coming in to see Dr. Moshrefi and staff. My cleaning went very well and then the Doctor came in to discuss my problem areas. He always takes the time to explain everything to me. It amazes me how everyone is so helpful and caring.
Today I went for my cleaning and was greeted by the wonderful staff. My teeth are all clean and pearly white. Dr Abdy checked me and was as warm and caring as always. This is the best periodontal office to go to. It is very clean and everyone treats you like family.

If I could rate this entire team an 11, I would. They were accommodating beyond belief. They completed an emergency 24-hour turnaround on the temporary piece, because of a high-end client luncheon that I was scheduled for. All in all, they took care of me. And on top of it, their work and professionalism set the bar for how it should be done.
The office space is super clean and sterilized beyond. I never want to go back. But if I have to, this is the ONLY place where I will return.

Dr. Abdy Moshrefi is a terrific dentist, and his staff is very professional and friendly. When my front tooth broke off near the gum, Dr. Mark Chemla, my equally terrific regular dentist, sent me to Dr. Moshrefi for an implant. Dr. Moshrefi pulled the old tooth without pain and inserted the implant with computer precision. Xrays show the final result is a perfect fit. My new tooth works like the original and looks perfectly matched. Highly recommended.
